1. Skimming for overall ideas
2. Scanning for specific information
3. Identifying main ideas
4. Understanding organization of ideas

 

  Strategies for Writing Module

1. Analyzing task requirements
2. Describing and interpreting charts, tables and diagrams in Task 1
3. Understanding text organization
4. Writing argumentative and comparison essays in Task 2
5. Writing effective introductions, body paragraphs and conclusions

 

  Strategies for Speaking Module

1. Predicting the topics
2. Responding appropiately
