Visa Applications

All visa applications to the UK have to be submitted through the UK Border Agency or one of their commercial partners (VFS Global and WorldBridge). Applicants should refer to www.vfs­-uk-my.com for applications and www.ukvisas.gov.uk for information. The visa applications are now based on a Points Based System. Students have to apply for a Tier 4 student visa.

Key points to note:

• Applications can be made within three months of your intended travel date.
• IDP counselors will assist with the visa application form.
• IDP counselors will schedule an appointment with the visa application centre.
